How it works

Step 1: Telephone for your free 15-minute discovery call

This is a chance for you to explain your situation. During this call, we won’t provide legal advice. We just want to understand what you’re facing, to see if we can help.

Step 2: Arrange your 30 mins fixed fee consult

If we can help, we’ll offer you a fixed fee consultation for only $99 plus GST. This consultation will last for 30 minutes but if you need more time, we can arrange for that too.

Step 3: Moving forward

It’s up to you to decide whether you need any further assistance. There is no obligation on your part. If you do, we’ll send you our Costs Agreement & Disclosure, so we can get started.

What you can expect at your consultation?

Your Story

At our initial meeting, you get the chance to tell us your story. What’s keeping you up at night, what you want to change, what you want to stay the same, and what your short and long-term goals are.

Diagnose

With that knowledge, we’ll listen and identify issues that require resolution. Be that parenting or property we’ll prioritise what’s important to you and explore options for settlement.

Advice

We’ll help you decide which resolution pathway is right for you- solicitor-led negotiation, mediation or collaborative divorce. We’ll provide you with legal advice taking into account your unique circumstances.

Costs

We’ll tell you how much you can realistically expect to pay in legal and other costs moving forward.
